Kitchen, Laundry & Bath Renewal After Water Damage

This project began as an urgent restoration after a washer and dryer leak caused significant water damage in the kitchen and laundry room. What started as a necessary repair quickly evolved into a full renovation, including the bathroom and a new custom-designed bar area.

We first focused on carefully restoring the damaged areas, ensuring all structural and functional elements were properly addressed. Once the foundation was secure, we reimagined the space with a thoughtful, modern design approach that brought beauty and character back into the home.

The kitchen was transformed with deep green cabinetry, natural wood shelving, and a herringbone backsplash, blending warmth and elegance. The laundry room was reconfigured for both practicality and style, incorporating smart storage and custom millwork. The bathroom received a complete upgrade, featuring sleek white marble-style tile, clean lines, and a serene modern aesthetic. To complete the renovation, we designed a vibrant new bar area, pairing bold red cabinetry and patterned wallpaper with vintage wood cabinetry for a lively and eclectic touch.

What began as water damage repair ultimately became an opportunity to completely revitalize the home. The result is a collection of spaces that are not only fully restored but also beautifully reimagined, balancing timeless functionality with fresh, modern design.
